The International Chemical Trade Association (ICTA) was founded on 1st February 2016 within the strong network of the European Association of Chemical Distributors (Fecc), the US National Association of Chemical Distributors (NACD), the Chemical Business Association (CBA) from United Kingdom, the German Chemical Distribution Association (VCH) and TOP Distributors of the chemicals industry.
The ICTA and the International Council of Chemical Associations (ICCA) enchance the global dialogue among numerous international organisations and programms such as the United Nations Environmental Programme (UNEP) and the World Health Organisation (WHO).
The new association is discussing a wide range of issues on environment, health, chemical safety, trade policy and supports establishment and progress of Responsible Care (RC) and Responsible Distribution (RD) programs.
